RAW Files From The Card

On Studio and Pro, upload RAW files to a Photo Selection right from the camera or the card. Studio takes CR2, CR3, NEF, ARW, ORF, RAF and PEF files up to 25 MB, and Pro adds DNG, RW2, RWL, SRW, 3FR and IIQ, up to 50 MB. Formta converts each one into a picture that shows in any browser. Keep original RAW files is selected when you upload, so the originals are kept for the high-res delivery.

Your Client Picks The Selects

Hover Share and select Send to client to send the page with the Photo Selection. Your client creates a free Formta account, or signs in, selects the photos they like and approves them, and you get a notification when they've made their selection. The photos they see carry a watermark until you deliver them. On Pro, the watermark is only your own text.

Delivering The High-Res Files

When the selection is approved, click the paper plane icon on the Photo Selection. The approved photos are already selected, and you can add a message about the format or the colour profile. Your client gets an email with a download link that's valid for 7 days, and you can ask to be notified when they download the photos. The files you deliver never have a watermark.

Kit, Locations And Shot Lists

Keep bodies, lenses, lights and modifiers in your inventory with how many you have and where each one is kept, and add an Inventory List to a shoot's page to show what's going out. Keep the shot list in a Table and the location on a Map. The Photography template sets up a project with pages from the call sheet and the shot list to the selection and the file delivery.
