Every Client Project Starts The Same Way

Once a project works, save it as a template with its pages and elements, and with what's in them if you like. Manage Templates on the Projects page lists every template you and your team have saved, so a new client project starts the way the studio works, whoever creates it. Formta also has a Creative teams & studios template to start from.

Working On The Same Page At Once

When more than one person is on a project, you see each other's changes as they happen, and each person's cursor with their name, in moodboards, whiteboards, storyboards, tables and budget sheets. A Whiteboard gives a workshop sticky notes, arrows, shapes and freehand drawing, and it stays in the project afterwards as the record of what was decided. Right-click anywhere on a page to start a conversation next to the work it's about.

The Team Page For Everything Outside A Project

On Studio and Pro, the Team page has posts sorted into groups by topic, like studio operations or process updates. Type @ to mention someone, or # to link to a project, element, task, event, meeting or inventory item. The Inbox is there for a message to one person, and the Team Mood Tracker shows how the team has been feeling.

Room For The Studio To Grow

Studio includes 5 users, and you can add more up to 25. On Pro, you pay for each user and there's no limit on the size of the team. On both plans, Formta makes a report for each running project on the last day of every month, with the team, timeline, budget status, deadlines and risks, ready to export as a PDF. A deleted project can be recovered for 7 days on Studio and 30 days on Pro.
