Yes. Our client revisions system makes it easy to share a project page for review. For data security, clients create a free profile to view, comment and send revisions. It's quick to set up, and it costs them nothing.
You can pause your subscription for 1, 3 or 6 months. The pause starts when your current payment period ends, so you keep using Formta until then, and your subscription starts again by itself when the pause is over. You can also resume it earlier. While it's paused your projects are closed, but nothing is deleted.
Yes. We know how important it is to keep working when your connection is spotty. How often you need to sync depends on your plan. Sign in online at least every 7 days on Personal and Studio, or every 30 days on Pro. While you're offline we can't check your available storage in real time, so if you've added too many files you'll need to free up space, upgrade or buy more storage before syncing. Your team won't see offline work until it's synced, and everything is saved on your computer until you're back online.
Yes. Teams can pay for a freelancer's Studio or Pro subscription for the project period. You select the plan. If you pick Studio but they'd rather keep Pro, they can pay the difference to avoid a downgrade. While you pay, their own payments are paused, and their next payment date moves back by the time you've paid for. It's a small gesture that can make a big difference for freelancers.
