Draw The Rooms To Scale

On Studio and Pro, the Blueprint element draws the floor plan in real units. Draw the walls, let the Room tool find each room and its area, and furnish it from the Symbols tab with sofas, beds, kitchen units, lighting and rugs at their real size. Add oak boards, marble or linen from the Textures tab, and click 3D view to see the room in daylight or in the evening light.

Your Own Furniture On The Plan

Keep the pieces you specify in your inventory with their length, depth, width and height, and drag them onto the plan from the Inventory tab at their real size. If a project's furniture is in an Inventory List, the Blueprint can follow it and place every item from the list, including ones you add later. Export the plan as a PDF for the client or as a DXF for the contractor.

Selections Your Client Approves

Collect the furniture and fittings for each room in a Shopping Selection. Paste a product link and Formta finds the photos on the page, and you add the price, number of items and notes, like the supplier or the lead time. Your client selects and approves the items they want, and once an item is approved it can't be changed. Connect a Tracking List to follow the approved items through ordering, shipping, delivery and payment.

A Budget With Private Rows

Keep the project's income and expenses in a Budget Sheet, with a budget and an actual amount on each row. Before you send the page to your client, click the eye icon beside any row that isn't for them, like your trade discount, and they see a muted private row in its place with the totals being unchanged. To start a new project already set up, select the Interior design template.
