Every List The Event Needs

Keep vendors, speakers, volunteer shifts and the run sheet in Tables, with a type for each column, like dates, times, amounts, people, addresses and the weather forecast for a location. Import a CSV, XLSX or XLS file you already have, and export a table as a PDF, CSV or XLSX when a vendor asks for a copy. Connect a Tickets Sold Chart to the table you keep sales in, and it shows how many you've sold out of the total.

The Venue And The Stage To Scale

On Studio and Pro, the Blueprint element draws the venue to scale. Place stage decks, truss, lights, speakers, seating blocks and standing areas from the Symbols tab, and draw escape routes to see how far someone has to walk to get out. Select a chain hoist to see its load, as a guide for planning that your rigger checks. Export the plan as a PDF for the crew, with a legend of every symbol you've used.

Hanging A Show

For an exhibition, hang paintings on the Blueprint's walls, from your own inventory or from a museum collection, and look around the rooms in the 3D view. Keep the works, furniture and hire kit in your inventory, with how many you have and where each one is kept, and add an Inventory List to each show's page with what it uses.

Sign-Off From The Client Or The Artist

Hover Share and select Send to client to send the run-of-show, the venue plan or the budget to the client, the artist or the person hiring the space. They create a free Formta account, or sign in, comment and approve. In a Budget Sheet, hide a line they shouldn't see, and they get a muted Private line in its place with the totals unchanged.
