Why Formta Exists

We exist to make creatives' work a little easier. Knowing how hard and how long creatives work, our job is to support them with a structured project process that can help them manage their projects better, without them having to think about all the small details. For example, if you send out a client revision page through our software, we'll also follow up automatically with your client if they haven't sent back their feedback in our system. This way you can focus on doing your creative work, while we handle the awkward please-send-your-feedback-ffs emails in a professional manner.

Formta is project management software made for creative work: art direction, design, architecture, interiors, photography, film, music, fashion, events and the studios and producers behind them. We care about how a team talks and works together, so creative teams have a less chaotic project process.

Who's Behind It

Formta was created by entrepreneur Tinna Lyngholm Thomsen, who, after a decade as a freelancer working in the creative industries, mainly as a creative producer and project manager, wanted to create the software she had always wished she had as a producer.

"I wanted to use my experience as a creative producer to create the best possible software for managing creative projects. With Formta, I have focused on the human side of the software, both in how the app is structured and used by people, and in the fact that you can actually connect with and get help from a real human being through our support chat and email. Many companies focus on developing AI chatbots, and it can often feel impossible to reach a person and get the help you need. I think it's important not to lose sight of why I started a business in the first place, which is to help people make their work easier."
